I had Windows 2003 x86 SP2 with One-Core-Api 2019-06-11. It didn't allow many new programs to run anyway, and showed an error message about missing disk A: every time Explorer started. Today I saw that the project had been updated, and decided to install the current version over.
I ran the Base Installer, rebooted, and the system is now unusable. It has grey and black interface with white text. Many dialogs run off-screen. Opening menus crashed Explorer. I can't try installing the other packages or the previous version, because I can't see the dialogs. How to recover? What was the correct way to update?
